




I am a skilled Consultant Chef with my own company -
I have worked in 4 and 5 star hotels and rosette restaurants locally, nationally and abroad. I worked for P&O on their cruise ships and my first posting was on the SS Uganda. This famous ship, now sunk off the coast of Taiwan had been commandeered during the Falklands war to transport the British troops to and from the Falklands. So I helped to fortify our troops during the rebuilding of the Falklands.
Creativity, innovative ideas and imaginative flair are my talents, coupled with an ability to motivate and inspire others.
